MIREA ATELIER

Terms of Acquisition

Welcome to MIREA ATELIER. By submitting an acquisition request, you agree to the following terms regarding our private commission process.

1. Private Acquisition Process

MIREA does not operate as a traditional e-commerce store. Access to our artifacts is granted through a private application review. Submission of an application does not guarantee acquisition.

2. Payment Structure & Commitment

The total acquisition cost for the "Nocturne" artifact is €4,000.00.

Upon approval of your application, a non-refundable Production Deposit of €2,000.00 is required to initiate the handcrafted production of your numbered piece. This payment constitutes a formal contract for a private commission.

The remaining Balance of €2,000.00 must be settled once the artifact is completed and ready for transit.

3. Production & Lead Times

Each artifact is individually handcrafted in Italy. Due to the artisanal nature of our Sterling Silver hardware and Vegea bio-textile, production times typically range between 8 to 14 weeks. MIREA is not liable for minor delays inherent to high-end artisanal processes.

4. Returns & Cancellations

As each piece is a private commission, serialized and custom-made for the acquirer, all sales are final. Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

5. The Ritual of Access (Security Seal)

To ensure the sanctity of the Founder Edition, every Obsidian Vault is secured with the "Seal of Integrity" - a hand-stamped bordeaux wax seal over a heavy silk ribbon. This seal serves as a tamper-evident guardian. The breach of the wax seal constitutes the final acceptance of the artifact. Any claim regarding the initial condition of the piece must be documented via a continuous unboxing video that shows the wax seal intact and unbroken at the start of the sequence.

Statutory Duties & National Taxes: While MIREA provides complimentary Secured Armored Transit for the Founder Edition (01/50), the Atelier is not a tax-collecting entity. All Import Duties, National VAT, and Local Customs Levies are statutory requirements of the destination country and remain the sole legal responsibility of the acquirer.

These fees are not included in the €4,000.00 acquisition cost. Failure to settle these sovereign taxes with local customs authorities may result in the abandonment of the artifact; in such cases, the Production Deposit and Balance remain non-refundable.

6. The Handover & Secured Transit (Founder Edition Exclusive)

To ensure the absolute integrity of the Nocturne Founder Edition (01/50), MIREA implements a mandatory Handover Protocol. Acquirers may choose between two methods of custody transfer:

The Milan Handover Rite: The artifact is personally presented in Milan by a private Atelier Chauffeur. The specific time and location are coordinated privately to ensure absolute discretion and security.

Secured Global Transit: For acquirers unable to attend the Milan Rite, MIREA utilizes specialized, fully insured high-security couriers (armored transit) dedicated to fine arts and high jewelry. The artifact is shipped in a sealed, tamper-evident security vault.

7. The Protocol of Permanence & Video Verification

The Nocturne is an artifact of absolute precision. To protect the integrity of the Founder Edition and the equity of our Atelier, the following verification protocols are mandatory:

Continuous Unboxing Requirement: For all artifacts delivered via Secured Global Transit, the acquirer must record a single, uncut, high-definition video of the unboxing process. The video must clearly show the intact security seals of the Obsidian Vault before opening and provide a 360-degree macro inspection of the artifact's surfaces.

Warranty Forfeiture: Failure to provide a valid, continuous unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery results in the immediate and permanent forfeiture of the Lifetime Restoration Warranty. Without this verifiable baseline of the artifact's condition upon arrival, MIREA cannot certify the origin of future structural changes.

8. Attempted Fraud & The De-listing Protocol

MIREA Atelier is a sanctuary of trust. Any attempt to manipulate the reality of an artifact's condition, including but not limited to the submission of AI-generated imagery or staged structural damage for the purpose of financial extortion, will result in the following:

Immediate De-listing: The specific serialized number (e.g., No. XX/50) will be permanently struck from the official Mirea Registry. The artifact will be declared "Void" in our archives, effectively stripping it of its provenance and future resale authenticity.

Service Termination: The Lifetime Restoration Warranty is immediately annulled. The Atelier will refuse any future maintenance, repair, or restoration on an invalidated artifact.

Permanent Blacklist: The acquirer's identity will be permanently barred from the Application Portal. No further acquisition requests will be reviewed or accepted.

MIREA does not issue partial refunds. We do not negotiate with bad faith. Our response to verified fraud is not a dialogue, but the total severance of the bond between the Atelier and the acquirer.
